A 2BHK  flat in Goa will cost you less than a 3BHK. A 3BHK may be an expensive investment. Depending on the size of your budget you will have to decide on the type of investment you will want to make. Hence, you need to consider the financial situation.

Another advantage of having a 3BHK is in case your profession involves you working from home. In such a situation you can convert one of the spaces into an office space, where you can comfortably work from home. Similarly, if you want to convert any space in your house for say maybe a gym, prayer room, TV room and so on, a 3BHK will be more advantageous.

The final decision belongs to you as in our opinion both a 2BHK and 3BHK are great investments. It finally boils down to the fact of making sure you get value for money, great amenities, a safe surrounding and quality construction.
